# Security

#### Audits <a href="#audits" id="audits"></a>

Blockwise V1 has been audited by [PeckShield](https://github.com/peckshield). Blockwise V2 has been audited by [OpenZeppelin](https://www.openzeppelin.com/#secure-code). Blockwise is protected by [Aegis from Lossless](https://aegis.lossless.io/).

Blockwise was originally adapted from Velodrome codebase, which is directly derived from the Solidly smart contracts that have been open sourced in March 2022. The AMM part of Solidly has been audited by PeckShield that revealed 5 low-severity and 1 informal findings. There have been no security-related incidents involving Solidly smart contracts since their deployment on Fantom in February 2022.

The Velodrome codebase went through a security audit and a peer review as part of a Code4rena bug bounty contest. All high or medium risk issues were either resolved pre-deployment, except for one known issue (users can claim eligible rewards from ExternalBribe contracts more than once) that has been addressed via a wrapped contract solution.

#### Ongoing Bug Bounty <a href="#ongoing-bug-bounty" id="ongoing-bug-bounty"></a>

~~We have launched a bug bounty program together with~~ [~~Immunefi~~](https://immunefi.com/bounty/thena/)~~. The maximum bounty is set at $150,000.~~ The bug bounty has been temporarily discontinued.

#### Multisig <a href="#multisig" id="multisig"></a>

All transactions will have to go through a multisig.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://blockwise-1.gitbook.io/blockwise/security.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
